Things to Note:

  • Mary George is the wife of Daniel B. George.
  • Mary George was 56 in 1880, making her born about 1824 in North Carolina.
  • Mary George’s parents were both born in Scotland.

  • There is a 20 year old, single male, named James Cummins, living with them in 1880. (Who is this and why is he living with the George Family)

NEXT TO DO: Look for Daniel Ball George in the 1900 US Federal Census. His wife should not appear with him, as I have her listed as dying in 1897.
